Gett Mart Return & Exchange Policy

At Gett Mart, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ You may return or exchange an item if:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable or personalized/custom-made products.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted clearance products.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

3. Refund Policy
